US Commemorative Stamps, Postal Commemorative Society, 1940s Collection NOTE: We have many different PCS stamp sets that may not have been listed yet. Title: The Complete Collection of 1940's Commemorative Stamps Description: The PCS describes this commemorative stamp set as "...a spectacular, limited-edition collection of over 120 stamps issued from 1940 through 1949 - all in flawless, mint condition and beautifully encapsulated on individual deluxe Collector Panels." Each of the 24 panels contain a reproduction of the original First Day of Issue postmark next to the encapsulated stamp. Each Panel includes informative background narrative about each issue. The panesl are housed in clear plastic folders in a 3 ring vinyl binder with gilt titles and design on the front cover and spine that measures 12" by 14". This stunning collection is a product of the Postal Commemorative Society, a division of MBI, Inc.
