S. Fish and Wildlife Service in 1992 and arranged for the first national art viewing here at  the J. N. Ding Darling Refuge in Sanibel Island in 1992 in which myself and Kip Koss (Ding Darling's grandson) were both judges for selecting the winner of Florida's entries from all over the State. I then agreed to finance the design, production and distribution of   the JDS-X sheet depicting the 9 winning entries from each State participating in the exhibit along with all of the Florida entries. I committed to finance the design and production of the 1993 and 1994 National Art competition winners conducted at the U. S. Fish and Wildlife Service thus creating the  stamps and prints for the 1993 and 1994 winning artists (Jason Parsons and Clark Weaver)and also have mint and artist signed stamps and prints in stock or available to me for most all years or the program.
