The only plate missing is the rare plate 11; the other plates are all there, in very fine used condition with absolutely no faults and no margins worse than "close". All examples have a red Maltese Cross cancellation. Registered airmail generally takes a little longer. Overseas priority mail usually takes 6 to 10 days depending on the country being shipped to. (5) For sendings with a total value of $20 or more I always obtain a certificate of posting; for sendings with a value of $100 or more I always send by insured certified mail within the USA, and by insured registered airmail anywhere else; sendings with a value of $350 or more are always sent by insured priority mail no matter where you live. (6) I supply clear photographs and good descriptions, and will not accept returns for what is clearly described and/or displayed. (7) I will not falsify shipping documents on international orders; in particular, I am obliged to state a customs value when mailing, and will do so as required by law. (8) eBays rules are that you pay for an item within 7 days. If you end up not paying, it costs me a lot of money in listing fees and carrying inventory, so if I do not receive your payment within 8 days (including mailed payment in the USA) I will be forced to file a non-payment procedure.
